Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient treatments and progress accurately and timely.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state-specific Physical Therapist license.
- Proven experience in outpatient or clinical therapy settings.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with orthopedic or post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and technologies.
