Key Responsibilities
- Perform specimen testing and analysis in a clinical laboratory setting
- Conduct blood bank procedures and maintain blood bank inventory
- Ensure quality control and accurate laboratory documentation
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards in the laboratory
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Certification from recognized agencies such as ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS
- Blood bank experience is mandatory
- ASCP or equivalent certification is required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility lab
- Familiarity with specimen testing and analysis in a clinical environment

Additional Notes
This role requires working 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve). No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered.
