Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to patients in a 25-bed facility.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments and medications as prescribed.
- Document patient care accurately using the facility’s electronic charting system (Meditech).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Respond to patient needs promptly and ensure safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico or Multi-State Nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a medical-surgical setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to work night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PALS certification preferred.
- Experience in a small hospital or facility environment.
- First-time travel nurses considered.
