Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient status and interventions accurately in medical records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Willingness to work weekend rotations (every other weekend).
- First-time applicants accepted.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous ICU experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
