Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient nursing care in a clinic setting.
- Administer injections and IV therapy as part of pain management and outpatient procedures.
- Document patient interactions and treatments using Epic electronic health records.
- Support workflow within the outpatient clinic, floating within scope as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all patient interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California LVN or LPN license.
- BLS certification.
- IV and BW (Blood Withdrawal) certification.
- At least 1 year of outpatient nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
- Over 2 years of experience in an injection center or pain management clinic.
