Registered Nurse LTAC
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - LTAC

- Columbia, SC
Schedule / Job Type
- 13 to 20-week contract, nights shift, 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting during overnight shifts
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, ensuring patient safety and proper treatment
- Follow established protocols, including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient findings, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- At least 1 year of RN experience, with preference for LTAC experience
- Experience interpreting and managing dysrhythmias
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior LTAC setting experience
- Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
