Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Support licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress.
• Adhere to all safety and health guidelines, including Covid testing protocols.
• Complete all required credentialing and licensing procedures prior to start date.
• Ensure timely communication with the clinical team and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Certification and license verification required.
• Ability to work days and support a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with completing Covid testing as per facility policy.
• Prescreen completed and attached with application submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduate candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment preferred.
• Knowledge of credentialing procedures and compliance standards.
