Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a home health setting.
- Deliver 7-10 visits per day, maintaining a 1:1 treatment ratio.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
- Follow established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.
- Work within scope to support patient recovery and well-being.
- Manage a consistent schedule Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, accommodating patient needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a PTA.
- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in home health.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
- No specific certifications or licenses required beyond PTA certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in home health therapy.
- Willingness to work on a block schedule (either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday).
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care approach.
