Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions.
- Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and progress.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient outcomes and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and injury prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license or certification in the relevant state.
- Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in outpatient or clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with orthopedic, neurological, or sports injuries.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
