Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient nursing care in an OB/GYN specialty clinic
• Perform telephone triage and patient education on topics such as diabetes management and incisions
• Conduct specialty procedures including non-stress tests (NSTs), blood pressure checks, and incision assessments
• Assist with patient intake, assessments, and documentation using electronic health records (EPIC)
• Support patient teaching and ensure proper follow-up care as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an OB/GYN setting
• Proficiency with telephone triage and outpatient care procedures
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability to work 5 days per week, 8-hour days (flexibility for 4x10-hour shifts may be discussed)
• Current RN licensure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient clinics
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle triage calls effectively
• Knowledge of outpatient procedures such as NSTs and Diabetes teaching

Note: This position is a temporary contract running approximately 30 weeks. Candidates nearby within a 50-mile radius of Seattle are preferred; local travel or eventual permanent placement is expected. This role does not accept travelers outside the local area.
