Registered Nurse PICU
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in various units within the pediatric critical care float pool, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU.
- Float across pediatric units to meet facility staffing needs, ensuring continuity of care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Respond to emergency situations and assist with complex clinical procedures as needed.
- Participate in holiday rotations and every other weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina or a multi-state/compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Pediatric ICU.
- Current BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association accepted).
- Ability to float within scope across pediatric units.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ECMO or CRRT is a plus.
- Familiarity with open ICU units and complex pediatric nursing.
