Night shift, full-time, 36 hours/week, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric critical care across all pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU
- Float within scope to meet facility needs and support various pediatric units
- Work 3 consecutive 12-hour night shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Participate in holiday rotation and every-other-weekend scheduling
- Maintain patient safety and high-quality care standards in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Peds ICU experience
- Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN license
- Current BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ECMO and CRRT is a plus
- Ability to work flexible block schedules with manager approval
- Willingness to float among pediatric units as needed
