- Full-time, night shifts, 36 hours/week, 3x12s hours (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical pediatric care within the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and other pediatric units as needed.
- Float within scope to different pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, to meet facility demands.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and patient care guidelines.
- Assist in emergency situations, including those requiring ECMO and CRRT interventions.
- Participate in holiday and every-other weekend rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina or multi-state/compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric ICU experience.
- BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association accepted).
- Ability to float within scope and work night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ECMO and CRRT procedures preferred.
- Open to first-time ICU RNs with relevant pediatric experience.
- Experience working in a hospital setting with flexible scheduling.
