Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Float within pediatric units to meet facility needs, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies
- Support patient and family education during critical care episodes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience
- Valid RN license in South Carolina or a multi-state/compact license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- PALS certification (American Heart Association)
- Ability to float within scope across pediatric units
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with ECMO and CRRT procedures
- Prior critical care and pediatric advanced life support experience
