• 13-week contract, Days shift, 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physicians' prescriptions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and manage pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Comply with all safety and compliance regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Proven experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
