Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU
Location
• Florence, SC
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), with holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized patient care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety procedures
• Document patient information accurately within the electronic charting system
• Float within scope to other like units or sister facilities as needed
Required Qualifications
• Active South Carolina or Compact nursing license in hand prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in acute care hospitals
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-acuity patient monitoring

Additional Notes
• No local candidates accepted; candidates must be willing to travel within a 60-mile radius
• All requested time off (RTO) must be approved at the time of application
• Guaranteed hours with the allowance of one shift cancellation per two weeks
• During hurricane season (June-November), staff may be assigned emergency response duties
