Job Title
• Tech - MLT/Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist

• Cumming, GA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shift (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM), 13-week contract
Key Responsibilities
• Perform specimen testing and analysis in blood bank and microbiology departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory specimens.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory protocols and safety standards.
• Document QC and patient data according to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to support diagnostic accuracy.
Required Qualifications
• Valid certification as Medical Laboratory Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Experience with blood bank and microbiology testing.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
• Knowledge of lab safety and quality control procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical lab environment.
• Familiarity with specimen processing and laboratory instrumentation.
