Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services across multiple settings including hospital, nursing home, and outpatient clinics.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Deliver specialized therapies such as pelvic health therapy, hydrotherapy, dry needling, and pain management interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients' recovery and promote wellness.
• Participate in local school visits and home care visits to extend patient support within the community.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Montana State Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pelvic health therapy, hydrotherapy, or dry needling.
• Previous work in a hospital or long-term care environment.
• Knowledge of pediatric and neurological rehabilitation.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
