Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Administer treatments, medications, and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
• Participate in team nursing initiatives and uphold safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Valid RN license in accordance with NLC guidelines (pending licenses not accepted).
• Strong experience in oncology and medical-surgical nursing.
• Ability to work a 1:6/7 patient ratio; experience with team nursing preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights and potentially weekends; holiday coverage required.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or large hospital setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology certification (preferred but not required).
• Recent experience in trauma or high-acuity hospital settings.
• Travel nursing experience in large hospital environments.
