Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures in specialized OR suites.
- Assist with GYN, General, ENT, Ophthalmic, Plastics, and Robotic surgeries.
- Maintain sterile techniques and ensure patient safety throughout surgical processes.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all safety protocols, including BLS certification requirements.
- Document patient care and procedures accurately within the clinical information system.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room environment.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system.
- Experience working in a facility with multiple OR suites.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with robotic surgical cases.
- Knowledge of a variety of surgical specialties, including GYN, ENT, Plastics, and Ophthalmic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume surgical setting.
