Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, days, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition according to protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient care accurately within electronic health record systems
- Float between ICU and similar units/sister facilities as needed to meet staffing requirements
- Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage every other week
Required Qualifications
- Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license
- At least 2 years of ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
- Willingness to work weekends and participate in on-call duties
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with CRRT (Prismax or similar equipment)
- Knowledge of Epic charting system
