Key Responsibilities
- Provide surgical technology support within a Level 1 trauma facility.
- Assist surgical teams with appropriate instrumentation and patient care during procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sterilization standards.
- Support call, weekend, and holiday coverage as required.
- Maintain proper documentation, including demographic information and badge photos.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of strong overall Level 1 trauma surgical experience.
- Must be listed in work history with relevant trauma experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency on skills checklist.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including call, weekends, and holidays.
- Must provide full demographic info, including SS# and a badge-appropriate photo in profile.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in high-volume trauma centers.
- Strong proficiency in surgical instrumentation and emergency procedures.
