- Full-time, on-site, days, Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule options
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual physical therapy treatments to home health patients with a 1:1 treatment ratio.
- Conduct approximately 7-10 patient visits per day, depending on visit locations.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure delivery of high-quality, compassionate care.
- Maintain patient progress documentation and communicate effectively with care team members.
- Adhere to all clinical and safety standards while working within a home health setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license or credential in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home health preferred (first-time travelers considered)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in patient's homes
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a home health environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
