Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and conduct start of care visits within designated territory
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Ensure mandatory reporting of start of care visits the next day
- Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of visits
- Maintain timely communication with supervisors and office staff
- Provide care primarily in Alameda, with flexibility to expand territory as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum of one year of Home Health experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in home health settings
- Ability to manage a caseload with diverse visit types and requirements
