Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
- Maintain patient comfort and address individual needs throughout shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current nursing license in the state of Georgia.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification.
- Experience working in acute care or similar fast-paced hospital settings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
