Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Provide nursing care to a small resident population, typically between 1 to 30 residents.
• Complete necessary training and orientation before starting on the floor.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure residents' needs are met with accuracy and professionalism.
• Follow facility protocols to maintain regulatory compliance and resident safety.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Ability to perform medication administration and basic nursing duties.
• Willingness to complete training prior to start date.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a small, community-based environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with medication management and resident care procedures.
