Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality basic nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with activities of daily living to support resident comfort and well-being.
- Document care provided accurately and follow all safety and compliance protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
- Proven nursing experience in a long-term care or SNF environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and adhere to safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of electronic health records and documentation procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing or LTC facility.
- Certification in CPR and first aid.
