Key Responsibilities

- Implement therapeutic procedures to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
- Bilingual skills or experience with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
