Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor patient health and vital signs, and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Respond promptly to residents' needs and emergencies
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Prior experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and nursing procedures
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
