Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing therapeutic treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to patients under supervision, focusing on their daily living and occupational skills.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment goals are met.
• Support patient engagement and comfort during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience in a therapy assistant or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with a diverse patient population.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
