Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients of all ages
- Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy sessions to improve patient functional abilities
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate patient recovery and well-being
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of occupational therapy best practices and current interventions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
