Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility (SNF) departments.
• Lead and support clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve facility performance.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure accreditation and regulatory standards are consistently met.

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in healthcare management, specifically in LTC or SNF settings.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid professional license or certification as required by state.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a Director or Manager role within a nursing home or senior care facility.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as CMS, JCAHO, or state agencies.
• Ability to lead change and implement quality improvement initiatives.
