Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for long-term care and skilled nursing facility operations.
- Manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain quality of resident care.
- Develop and implement policies to improve facility performance and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor budgets, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing or directing long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for LTC/SNF.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a senior care or nursing home setting.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to long-term care.
- Leadership certification or credential in healthcare management is a plus.
