Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to correctional facility inmates
- Float to other sites as needed to support staffing requirements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols
- Document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately
- Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare team to deliver quality care
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Experience working in correctional or institutional healthcare settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and float between facilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous correctional nursing experience
- Bilingual skills a plus
