Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Proven experience in speech therapy or related clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of therapy tools and technological aids.
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required.
