Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical and occupational needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving clients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and monitor progress.
- Document patient assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy strategies and home exercise programs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Proven experience in providing outpatient or inpatient therapy services.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinic environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
