Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Assess patient progress and modify therapy programs accordingly.
• Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient interactions and therapy outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Knowledge of sport or orthopedic therapy is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
