Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents' health status and update care plans accordingly
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of West Virginia
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Knowledge of resident care protocols and safety procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous night shift experience in LTC/SNF settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate and detail-oriented approach to resident care
