Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing care to incarcerated individuals within correctional facilities.
- Float to different areas as needed to support facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, documentation, and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care.
- Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare team to deliver comprehensive health services.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatments.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience in correctional or facility-based healthcare is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in correctional or institutional healthcare settings.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
