Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Document patient progress and communicate with family members as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and operate medical equipment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and documentation standards.
- Experience working with elderly or geriatric populations.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
