Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and post-treatment care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license or certification in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven experience in delivering physical therapy services.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare principles.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Familiarity with various therapy equipment and modalities.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
