Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to support patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and sessions.
• Ensure a clean and safe clinical environment.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience assisting in physical therapy or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans accurately.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities.
