Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive speech therapy assessments and treatments to clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
• Valid State Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Previous experience working with diverse client populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Pediatric or adult speech therapy experience.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
