Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients.
• Implement treatment plans and activities based on individual patient needs.
• Observe, document, and report patient progress and responses to therapy interventions.
• Support patients in developing and improving daily living and motor skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment following facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience working in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and documentation procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or outpatient clinic.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
