Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients across the facility.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient progress.
- Document clinical findings and therapy outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience providing speech therapy in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing or senior care environment.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
