Key Responsibilities
? Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs to develop personalized therapy plans
? Implement treatment sessions to improve patients’ motor skills, coordination, and daily functioning
? Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
? Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
? Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercises

Required Qualifications
? Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
? Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
? Proven experience working with diverse patient populations
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills
? Pediatric or adult occupational therapy experience
? Familiarity with current therapy practices and assessment tools
? Bilingual abilities a plus
