Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and other health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state-specific physical therapy license.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or acute care settings.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and advanced rehabilitation techniques.
