Job Title

• Warwick, RI

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, temporary assignment (13 to 26 weeks)
• Dayshift with at least two evenings until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload averaging 55-63 patients per week
• Follow clinic protocols and documentation standards using the Raintree EMR system
• Participate in care planning and coordinate with team members
• Complete required HealthStream modules related to documentation and EMR usage prior to start

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient experience outside of hospital settings or 1 year of PT experience in other environments
• Valid physical therapy license in Rhode Island (or eligible for licensure)
• Ability to work scheduled evenings and day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine settings
• Comfortable with EMR documentation in Raintree system
• Strong communication and patient management skills
