Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall health.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and family members on therapy exercises and injury prevention.
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Current certification in CPR/BLS.
• Proven experience in physical therapy or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
