Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists.

• Support patient rehabilitation by engaging in therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality care and patient safety.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Basic knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and patient care procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
